Qualifications
Applicants without housing subsidy should have a reasonable work history, current job and/or income, and references. An incomplete application is usually a sign that something is wrong with the applicant's history so please fill out the application as completely as possible. If you have to call back with forgotten phone numbers or addresses, that is understandable, but please be prepared to provide all information asked for. This is your best chance of qualifying for an apartment.
Each person whose name will appear on the lease must fill out a rental application. Please fill out a seperate application of each person.
Security Deposits
Ideally we like to collect 1st month's rent, last month's rent, and a security deposit all equal to the monthly rental amount. However, we can make payment arrangements and sometimes eliminate last month's rent for applicants who are solid and check out very well. A solid applicant with first and security has a better chance of being accepted than a person with 3 month's cash who does not have a job or references.
